"You added so much in making everything special. Your knowledge and years of experience is rare, and your endless energy and desire to share that knowledge with kindness and dedication during our trip was/is even more rare.
Stunning scenery and magical animal moments could stand alone in labeling it the "trip of a lifetime". But you made the effort to know where to go, when to surprise (so as not to disappoint), and definitely how to celebrate! You knew how much knowledge to share without lecturing. You are what made this trip way better than a "trip of a lifetime".
For every meal and gathering you managed to arrive early and first, leaving the group to feel welcome and well taken care of. And finally if you hadn't offered me your short course in "getting the best out of a DSLR for rookies", and taken the time to work on my camera, most of my pictures would have been a real disappointment or even, I could have been without a camera at all. Turns out many of my shots are absolutely gorgeous."

Otters are always on my wish list so to see 4 or 5 was a real pleasure, added to that the Bittern fly past and the Water Rail and it was a truly fantastic day."
